Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours notice for all appointment cancellations. Please note that the full session fee will be charged for no-shows or late cancellations. Life happens, so we want to be as flexible as possible. In the event of an emergency or an illness, please notify us as soon as you can. Your appointment time is dedicated just for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments may take away an opportunity from someone else who may be seeking medical care. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.

All naturopathic services (excluding acupuncture visits or any visits that require in-person physical assessments) can be done over-the-phone, or virtually through video call. Telemedicine visits will be done through Jane App's secure platform, which ensures the security and confidentially of our patient's information.
